The company KL Versicherungsservice GmbH has neither direct nor indirect interests in the voting rights or capital of an insurance company, nor do insurance companies or parent companies of insurance companies have a direct or indirect interest in the voting rights or capital of KL Versicherungsservice GmbH.
For the mediation and support of insurance contracts we usually receive a brokerage fee, which is paid to us by the insurance company, but is economically borne by the client, as it is included in the insurance premium.
If required and as agreed with our clients, we also work on the basis of other remuneration models, e.g. in the form of fee agreements or combinations of the remuneration models.
We do not receive any other benefits over and above the above-mentioned remuneration.
